Terms and Conditions for Affirmation Pro

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the websites and services provided by Affirmation Pro, including affirmationpro.com, affirmation.pro, and all subdomains and apps (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use Affirmation Pro

You must be legally permitted to use online services in your region. In the U.S., users must be at least 13 years old. By using the Service, you confirm you meet any minimum age requirement applicable to your country.

You may request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Deletion requests will be completed within 30 days.

2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

We offer paid subscriptions and in-app purchases with a 7-day free trial. Refunds are available within 7 days of a payment. To request one, email [email protected] from your account email.

3. User Content and Ownership

You own the content (like affirmations) you create, edit, or export in your account—provided it doesn’t violate copyright or other laws. Your content is private and not shared with other users unless you choose to share it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation

Redistribute or download content you don’t own rights to

Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content

Disrupt or abuse the service

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or for any misuse that risks the service or other users.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted services including OpenAI, Google, Stripe, and Supabase. By using Affirmation Pro, you agree to their terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide Affirmation Pro “as is.” We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. All legal matters will be handled in courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

10. Rights of California and International Users

Residents of California and users in the EU or UK may have specific legal rights regarding personal data and consumer protections. These Terms do not override those rights where applicable by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
